Tribite To Alijah J. Tabb| In Loving Memory Of Alijah J. Tabb
Alijah J. Tabb, 19 years young, of Erie, PA, has gone to his forever home to be with the Lord. He passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, November 26, 2025 in his home. He was autistic and battling severe depression for the last four months. Alijah was born at Saint Vincent on December 13, 2005. He was the oldest grandson to Michele Shingle and oldest son to Kristina McBride.
Alijah enjoyed gaming late into the night. He also enjoyed his music, urban exploring with his friends and watching the sunset or sunrise. Alijah loved his pets at home. He would take his dog, Riley, for a walk most days. He also had three cats at home, Daisy (they grew up together, she is also 19 years old), Jazmine and Sapphire. Alijah was OSHA certified in Welding Technology. He was 2nd in his class for Welding in Autobody. He was a graduate of Erie High in 2024. Alijah had many friends that have been very supportive during this time.
Alijah had many close, surviving family members, including his granmom, Michele Shingle of Erie; mother, Kristina McBride of Erie; uncle, Melvin Ondreako of Erie; Uncle Bub and Aunt, Mark and Dae’Onna Ondreako of Erie, with four cousins; Aunt Bran, Breann Ondreako of Ohio with five cousins; and aunt, Kaitlynn Ondreako of Erie. Alijah’s siblings include Alyssa Tabb, Saige Alivia, Ariel Bridges, and Micah Salchli. Alijah was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Mary Mountain; grandfather, Kevin McBride; and grandfather, Mark Ondreako. Alijah had a special relationship with his Granmom. She had him since he was just an infant. They were together every single day for the last 19 years. He adored his Granmom with all his heart.
Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Rd., on Tuesday, December 2nd, from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm with a Service to be held within the 6 to 8 pm visitation time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alijah’s family through the funeral home.
