Jaquawn Gilliam, Lancaster Park Victim Found Died
The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has identified the man found deceased in a Lancaster parking lot as 30-year-old Jaquawn Gilliam.
The grim discovery was made just before 8:00 a.m. on Monday, November 24, 2025. A woman walking her dog in El Dorado Park came upon Gilliam’s body, which was described as covered in blood, in the parking lot situated between El Dorado Elementary School and the park itself.
Emergency services pronounced Gilliam deceased at the scene. Witnesses reported seeing large blood stains in the area surrounding the body.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau is leading the investigation, which was initially labeled a death investigation. No official details regarding the circumstances of Gilliam’s death have been released.
