Mr. Gray’s unwavering commitment to service was evident in his proud military service and his transformative role as President of the Urban League of Hillsborough County.
He dedicated his life to uplifting others, working tirelessly to empower African American families and strengthen civic engagement. Under his leadership, the Urban League forged vital partnerships, empowered youth, and championed voter education. His passion extended to mentoring students at Sheehy Elementary, touching lives with his direct and personal guidance.
